Ingredients

  • Walnuts: 50 g (½ cup) roughly chopped
  • Apple: 1 small thinly sliced
  • Mixed baby greens or arugula: 80 g (2 cups)
  • Honey or maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Balsamic glaze (optional): 1 tbsp
  • Whole wheat tortillas: 4 large

Instructions

Mix goat cheese:
In a small bowl mix the goat cheese with honey or maple syrup until creamy.
