- Walnuts: 50 g (½ cup) roughly chopped
- Apple: 1 small thinly sliced
- Mixed baby greens or arugula: 80 g (2 cups)
- Honey or maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- Balsamic glaze (optional): 1 tbsp
- Whole wheat tortillas: 4 large
Instructions
- Mix goat cheese:
- In a small bowl mix the goat cheese with honey or maple syrup until creamy.
- Prepare tortillas:
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread cheese:
- Spread a quarter of the goat cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla leaving a 2 cm (1 inch) border.
- Add toppings:
- Arrange baby greens apple slices cranberries and walnuts evenly over the goat cheese.
- Drizzle glaze:
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
- Roll wraps:
- Tightly roll up each tortilla folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Slice and serve:
- Slice each wrap in half on a diagonal Serve immediately or wrap in parchment for later.
