01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 285°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes until well blended.
03 - Place one nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment. Lightly brush with the seasoning mixture.

07 - Spread the cut pieces evenly on the prepared baking tray.
08 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
