# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Scoop heaping teaspoons of the mixture and roll each portion into small oval or acorn-shaped balls using your hands.
03 - Press the top half of each cheese ball into the chopped pecans, then coat the bottom half with chopped parsley or dill for visual contrast.
04 - Gently insert a mini pretzel stick into the top of each ball to mimic an acorn stem; optionally add a small rosemary leaf to enhance appearance.
05 - Arrange the prepared cheese balls on a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up and improve texture.
