# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The temperature contrast between hot tea and cold ice cream creates an incredibly satisfying spoonful every single time
  • Hojichas natural roasted flavor means you get sophistication without any complicated brewing techniques
02 -
  • The window between pouring and perfect melty consistency is short so have everything ready before you brew the tea
  • Hojicha naturally has lower caffeine than other green teas so this is actually a dessert you can enjoy late in the evening without consequences
03 -
  • Brew your tea slightly stronger than you normally would since the ice cream will dilute it
  • Work quickly once the tea is ready because that hot-cold contrast is what makes this dessert special
