# Directions:
01 - Heat filtered water to approximately 194°F, just below boiling point.
02 - Add hojicha tea leaves or tea bag to a teapot, French press, or mug.
03 - Pour hot water over hojicha and steep for 3 to 4 minutes, adjusting duration based on desired strength.
04 - Strain and discard tea leaves if using loose leaf tea.
05 - Serve hot immediately, similar to an Americano coffee.
