13 - 1 cup celery sticks
14 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
16 - 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
17 - 1/4 cup black olives, pitted
18 - 1 slice radish (for fish eye)

# Directions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in another bowl. Add blue food coloring if desired and mix until evenly tinted.
03 - Spread blue ranch dip in an oval shape on a large serving platter to form the fish body.
04 - Spoon the herbed dip onto one end of the oval, shaping it slightly pointed to resemble the fish's mouth.
05 - Arrange baby carrots fanned out at the opposite end to create the fish's tail.
06 - Layer cucumber slices and celery sticks over the blue dip to depict fish scales.
07 - Position cherry tomato halves, yellow bell pepper strips, and purple cabbage for fins and vibrant decoration.
08 - Place a black olive topped with a radish slice at the head for the fish’s eye.
