09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
11 - Juice of 1 lemon, about 2 tablespoons
12 - Zest of 1 lemon

# Directions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until opaque. Transfer shrimp to a plate.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
