# Directions:

01 - In a food processor, combine black beans, minced garlic, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
02 - Transfer the smooth dip onto a large serving platter. Use a spatula to spread and sculpt the dip into bat shapes approximately ½ inch thick.
03 - Place two sliced black olives on each bat to represent eyes. For pupils, insert small pieces of cherry tomato or cheddar cheese into the olive centers if desired.
04 - Arrange blue corn tortilla chips along the sides of each bat to simulate wings.
