# Components:
→ Pretzel Crust
01 - 2 cups salted pretzels, crushed
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
→ Cream Cheese Layer
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
→ Strawberry Gelatin Layer
07 - 2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry-flavored gelatin
08 - 2 cups boiling water
09 - 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Set out a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Blend thoroughly.
03 - Firmly press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to create an even layer.
04 - Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before proceeding.
05 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup granulated sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly combined.
06 - Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust, ensuring the edges are fully sealed to prevent gelatin seepage.
07 - In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
08 - Stir sliced fresh strawberries into the cooled gelatin.
09 - Gently pour the strawberry gelatin with berries over the cream cheese layer, covering completely.
10 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or until the gelatin layer is completely set.
11 - Slice into squares and serve cold.
