# Components:
→ Coffee
01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the consistency is smooth and ingredients are fully integrated.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall drinking glasses, distributing evenly.
03 - Carefully divide the cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee between the glasses over the ice.
04 - Spoon the prepared tahini mixture into each glass, then stir thoroughly to ensure even blending.
