# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Mix in vanilla extract, then spread evenly in the pan. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until set.
03 - Repeat melting process with white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir in orange extract and a few drops of orange gel food coloring to achieve a vibrant hue. Pour gently over the white layer and spread evenly. Chill for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly firm.
04 - Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, then add lemon extract and yellow gel coloring until desired color is reached. Spread evenly over the orange layer.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled fudge for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until fully set.
06 - Use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into 36 small squares or triangles for a candy corn effect.
