# Directions:
01 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
02 - Stir in ground cinnamon and maple syrup or honey until dissolved.
03 - Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in milk.
04 - Pour matcha-cinnamon mixture over milk and ice; stir gently to blend.
05 - Combine cold milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a bowl or shaker.
