07 - 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch thick.
02 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from the cucumber slices; place the stars on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with a cut corner.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a tiny piece of diced red bell pepper and a sprig of dill for a festive touch.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving.
