Instructions

Step 1:
Using a sharp knife or cookie cutter, cut snowflake patterns into 2 of the tortillas. These will be your tops.
Step 2:

Carefully flip and cook the other side for 2&3 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Step 6:
Remove from skillet, repeat with the second quesadilla.
Step 7:
Let cool slightly, then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
