# Directions:
- Using a sharp knife or cookie cutter, cut festive snowflake designs into two tortillas to serve as tops.
- Lay remaining two whole tortillas on a clean surface and evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, leaving a small border around edges; add optional fillings if desired.
- Cover each cheese-topped tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla, forming two layered quesadillas.
- Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one assembled quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese begins to melt.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the opposite side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from heat, repeat cooking with the second quesadilla, let both cool slightly, then cut into wedges. Serve alongside sour cream and salsa.
