Ingredients

  • Cooked turkey: 1 cup shredded or sliced
  • Stuffing: 1 cup herb or sausage as preferred
  • Cranberry sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Gravy: 1/2 cup optional for dipping or drizzling
  • Mozzarella or Swiss cheese: 1/2 cup shredded
  • Flour tortillas: 2 large 10-inch
  • Butter or olive oil: 2 teaspoons for cooking

Instructions

Step 1:
Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board Using a knife cut a single straight line from the center of the tortilla outwards to the edge (only one cut)
Step 2:
Visualize the tortilla as four quarters On the first quarter place half of the turkey On the second quarter evenly spread half of the stuffing On the third quarter add half of the cranberry sauce On the fourth quarter sprinkle half of the cheese
Step 3:
Starting with the cut fold the first quarter over the second then the third then the fourth creating a layered triangle-shaped wrap
Step 4:
Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients
Step 5:
Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted
Step 6:
Serve warm with gravy on the side for dipping if desired
