# Directions:

01 - Place one tortilla flat on a cutting board and cut a single straight line from the center extending to the edge.
02 - Divide the tortilla into four quarters: place half the turkey on the first quarter, half the stuffing on the second, half the cranberry sauce on the third, and half the shredded cheese on the fourth.
03 - Starting at the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then fold over the third and fourth quarters, forming a layered triangular wrap.
04 - Repeat the preparation and filling process with the remaining ingredients on the second tortilla.
05 - Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
06 - Serve the wraps warm with optional gravy for dipping.
